Notes:
(1) IEEE Members & Students、IES Members & Students should provide the certificate and can use it for only once.
(2) The second paper registration fee for non-student authors is 2800 yuan(The fee includes only the publication cost of the paper and does not cover any other expenses such as conference presentations, conference materials, and other related fees).The second paper of the student author and the third paper of the non-student author should pay the registration fee as the ordinary author paper.
(3) Papers of more than 6 pages will be charged 300 yuan/page for extra pages. The papers should less than 8 pages.
Payment Method
1) payment modes: remittance transfer, NOTE:If you choose remittance transfer, you need to bear the commission charge by yourself.
2) Please indicate "FDD2025 + order number" by means of remittance. After remittance, please prepare the electronic version of remittance voucher, and "upload voucher" on the conference website, so that the financial personnel can understand your payment situation timely and accurately.

Upload Voucher:
1. Follow the steps of registration and payment. When you select "remittance transfer", you can see "upload voucher". Please click and upload the remittance transfer voucher.
2. Log in to the conference page → "dashboard" → "my order" → "upload proof" to complete the operation.
Invoice Application:
After successful registration and payment, the email and mobile phone number filled in during registration will automatically receive the link to apply for the invoice. You can apply for the invoice through the link or return to the conference website to apply for the invoice in the "personal center".
The invoices will be issued within 7 working days after the end of the conference (ordinary VAT invoice will be sent to the applicant's mailbox, and special VAT invoice will be sent to the applicant's address).
